That is a nice shirt. Those are still probably the nicest shirts out of last season.

Juve wants Memphis..

Memphis + Cash for Pogba?

I feel like its not fair to Memphis, since LVG was trash and didn't give the boy time to grow at United.

He'll definitely go to Juve and eat.

Man U better not make the same mistake twice. They're already paying cash trying to get the first one back.

I think under Mou, he'll get some of that swagger back.

They can have Rooney + Cash instead

I know this is a potentially ban-worthy statement... but does anybody know how adidas polos fit compared to nike sizing? I am looking to get an adidas polo. It looks a bit small, but I am curious how it will fit.

We need a director of football...actually we've needed one for years

@afcstuff The expectation is that Chelsea are in front to sign Koulibaly but Arsenal will attempt to sign the player.

- Reported Arsenal target Alvaro Morata will stay at Real Madrid next season. All offers rejected. [Marca]

@AFCPressWatch Jon Toral has been in Granada in the last few days to discuss personal terms. A loan deal seems closer but not finalised. [via @granadahoy]

Saw this on Reddit and thought it was pretty interesting. It's an all time table of english football that counts every version of what the top flight league was over history.

I tweeted the other day that Sanogo is gonna be our other striker. I didn't even have to read any reports yet, just based on simple reasoning. Real need another striker, they have one now. Lacazette is a very important player for Lyon, for any bid to even be acknowledged would have to be rather big. Wenger's economic's degree has failed him. Why is this dude so damn cheap. I think he desparately wants to prove that he can still put together a winning squad with "unknown" players and youth products. I believe Wenger was only banking on Vardy, I guess he thought the wage increase would be enough to sway him. Chelsea got Michy.

I don't see Everton selling Lukaku unless he tried to force a move.

**** is embarrassing, there's no ambition at all but the fan's will be told that "we tried" to sign players

mastamind89 mastamind89 that sucks man, it's gonna be worse when he says he tried but it comes out later on he gave up on buying lacazette over a 5 million pound difference :x

It reminds me playing career mode in FIFA, when I make a counter offer of 5mil and the other club is like nah and backs off. That's all Wenger. Like I said, we need a director of football, someone who isn't afraid to spend extra money to get a quality player. I don't understand the reluctance.

Watching nba summer league...don't ask me why :lol

They're betting on France to win but the guy said, " But Cristiano can win them that thing at ANY TIME!"

His co-analyst, "We need some goals scored here!"..

....wut? :rollin :rollin

Jackson Martinez 'wants Serie A'
By Football Italia staff

Jackson Martinez has decided to leave Guangzhou Evergrande and his agent noted “Juventus would be a fantastic option.”

The Colombia international made a shock move to China for €42m in February, but already the novelty appears to have worn off.

“For the moment we have not received any formal offer, but I am in Europe to work towards a return here,” agent Henrique Pompeo told Calciomercato.com.

“Jackson is very grateful to his club, but has decided to come back to Europe. We are seeking a solution that won’t damage Guangzhou, who made an important investment to bring him to China.

“I will not deny that Serie A is one of the Leagues that Jackson most prefers. He’d be enthusiastic at the idea of measuring himself up against Serie A defenders. We’ll see, for the moment there are only rumours.”

Martinez had been very close to joining Milan before he opted for Guangzhou.

“Last summer Jackson was an objective for the club, but I don’t know if he still is. We are just waiting for the call.”

Juventus have now been linked and the agent is very enthusiastic at this idea.

“We have heard about Juventus interest and that would be a fantastic option. Juventus have been dominating Serie A for years and are one of the best clubs in the world.

“They have not contacted me personally, so we’ll wait and see. We are not accustomed to this sort of situation, as we just need to wait.”

Hopefully Juventus can bring that underachiever his talents back.

I tried watching the bucks / cavs summer league game last night (bucks fan), and it was brutal. Dudes were just lining up and bricking three pointers.

So there was a WSL game today that was played on a 58 yard wide pitch. A lot of NWSL people were all bent out of shape saying how it was a player safety issue. Can somebody explain why it would be so unsafe to play on such a narrow field? I realize that it is probably disrespectful since the field was so small, but how would it compromise safety?

A lot of people complained the copa america field was smaller in width which was causing all the nasty tackles due to the lack of space for players to move in

Official | Nantes sign Barcelona midfielder
Nantes today confirmed on Twitter that they had completed the capture of 19-year-old Theo Chendri from FC Barcelona.

The young midfielder has opted to try his hand at Ligue 1 club Nantes rather than wait for his chance at Barcelona, where he spent the past four years of his career.

Chendri has made a name for himself in the UEFA Youth League, and if his performances in that and his reputation are anything to go by, Chendri may find himself being a star for Nantes.

For the moment, however, Chendri will have to work in the Nantes reserve team, but it may not be long until we see the midfielder in Ligue 1.

i don't care what anybody says, we deserve to be here. We beat Croatia, who was all of sudden favorites after their first game against turkey and after beating espana. Then beat everybody's dark horses Poland. And getting past Wales who just embarrassed odds on favorite Belgium.

Let's Greece the **** out of France.

Ás armas, Ás armas!
