Guess I ultimately wouldn't be mad at the trade. Warriors gotta do whatever they can to stay relevant while Curry is there. Really big come up for the Raptors though, IMO. Downgrade Siakam to Wiggins, but then get their C of the future in Wiseman and pick at 4 and 7 in a solid draft. Feels like a no brainer for Masai.

Can then maybe S&T Lowry somewhere and get more stuff.

I can't see the Warriors giving up Wiseman, 7, and Wiggins for Siakam. Seems like an overpay, even if I like Siakam, especially for their team.

Realistically whats the Warriors window? Wouldnt it be smart to atleast hold on to some assets and build for the era after Steph/Klay.

I don’t see how 7, Wiggins and wiseman is an overpay for pascal if you’re assuming you’re not getting dame or beal

You figure bouknight or whom is going to be BAP at 7? Wiggins is totally expendable and wiseman is the price you pay to keep stephs window open

Pascal fits with that core seamlessly on both ends

I would say yes. He’s also proven himself through a championship playoff run

Definitely. Defensive versatility and can be a secondary playmaker for the Warriors. Much better fit.

Yea, it’s arguable. Think Lowry was the second best and most important guy on that team though.

Nah more I think about it. I wouldnt do that. If I was POR I'd want nothing but unprotected picks and young promising players still on rookie contracts. Full rebuild.

Getting a Simmons, Ingram, Wiggins, w.e still leaves you with a player where you wont be the worst team in the league.
