Does Miami have an avenue to Dame?

Dame, Jimmy and Edrice would be a solid big 3.

Taking a step back, I think Dame gives Chauncey a year and Portland runs it back then trades Dame next summer when they inevitably get eliminated in the playoffs.

If anything I wonder if CJ is moved this off season

Dallas could use him

Personally I think they are blowing it up.

Rumor is the Blazers are for sale and they are pretty much guaranteed to be in the tax if they try to contend with Dame.

A small market being in the tax pretty much guarantees they are losing money every year barring deep playoff runs.

Getting off Dame and CJ makes business sense if you can't add around them them enough to be a top 4 seed the next 3 years.

Cj and porzingis contracts are similar. Just Do it Nike guy

It wouldn’t be quite blowing it up but maybe try one more year with a diff cast and then blow up

Naw I think they tearing it down to the studs. Picks and young and cheap players.

If KP is going anywhere it's for another bad contract or a team who can eat his deal because it's just him and some rookies who don't make anything.

“Scottie MIGHT not be wildin’ “ ?? Some of y’all really defending Phil

Yeah I had no idea, Scottie ain't wildin at all.

Realistically, what is a destination for Dame, that will give him what he wants? It’s hard to see right now. Ppl acting like Portland has failed him. They haven’t.

I think Stotts failed him tho. And they did right by moving on.

It's going to be Charlotte.

I would guess it's a borderline salary dump, too.

Instead of going to a team with a star already settled in place (think Embiid - Philly, Jokic - Denver), I wonder if it's "better" for his brand if he teams up with a newly acquired star somewhere else a la KD/Kyrie in Brooklyn or Kawhi/PG in LA.

Dame realistically I think Philly, LA, or maybe a young team like NOP. LeBron . Dame seems like he wants to stay home on the west coast similar to Kawhi.

I think Dame and Kawhi would be a perfect match. Either LA franchise is in play though
