No doubt. Sexism will always play a prominent role for women and their career advancement. Rachel wasn't wrong to call out ESPN for the lack of women but don't do it at the expense if another women yet alone a woman of color that has it harder than you do.

oh easily. EASILY. Women age differently. There's always a newer, prettier model. They may not bring the skill, but, often times, when women are put in fornt of the camera, its to be a pretty face delivering the same news that a short fat dude could do.
