It always been the case. Those two people "fight" for the rebound but it's not that serious whoever the ball falls to gets it, passes to the shooter, he lays it up, passes it to the rebounder.

Just shooting around u shoot till u miss than u get a layup when u do unless u got your own rebound. After layup u throw it to rebounder and he does same. If you brick it real bad u may be liable to have your layup withheld in some parts.

Nah man you get one layup attempt and that's it. Wild that I'm the only person so far who does this.
