In retrospect, Kobe and IT were fortunate their incidents happened in like 2003 and 2006, respectively and I think organizations were more lenient back then as opposed to more recent or even later times. Probably around the time of Tiger Woods is when athletes started getting cancelled for matters of that nature. My dude lost a significant amount of his sponsorships and he was just procuring (freaky) extramarital yambs

Exactly! NBA TV ran a commercial with Isaiah Thomas and the first thing that popped to my mind was what happened to the young lady.
Yeah she got a nice multi million dollar settlement but that doesn't change what she experienced. Not to mention she was an executive, her entire career trajectory very likely stalled as a result of all of this. Yet here Isaish Thomas is living life pretty unaffected still involved with the NBA.

But this isn’t a Ron Goldman situation where she gets to monitor his every move and claim every dollar down to the last penny or complain and say “he should be unemployed for the rest of his life!”

It was never proven that he sexually harassed her. In fact, she sued Isiah , the Knicks and Dolan. The Knicks and Dolan were found liable simply because of how they handled the situation when she initially reported it.
