#SohiSample but he’s been 19/8.5/3/1.5/1.5 on 50/48/92 this season and that includes the ****** game he had to open the season. Obviously he won’t keep the shooting from 3 that high but anything over 40 from 3 is the mythical Clippers Tobi we traded for

Shaq has always been a hater, even when he was young.
Shaq is an all-time great player and a fun loving dude but he has some hater tendencies. Remember how Shaq told the storythat David Robinson left him hanging when he was in high school and that's why he hated DRob? Then a decade later Shaq comes out and admits that it was a lie and a motivational tactic. Weird stuff.

The thing is, David Robinson never did that. He never left Shaq hanging yet Shaq told the media for years that DRob did him dirty. It's goofy but at least he ended up apologizing.
It's one thing to makeup stories and use them as internal motivation to play better, it's another thing to tell the media lies about somebody else

Shaq has a very narrow view of how big men should play basketball and if you don't play the way he would play then you're doing it wrong. Every now and then he has a valid criticism for guys like Embiid when they don't play hard but most of the time it's just old man ranting

Right, I get that. I just take that situation as Shaq toying with the media. I don't view that as him expressing his "hater spirit."
He has plenty of those but I wouldn't count this one is all I am saying.
He is a goofball as well.
