Roco is a top tier help defender, not really a good 1 on 1 defender though. Blazers defense is just awful, so he can’t really improve it much by himself

Only thing missing is a black owner

I don't understand how more professional sports franchises haven't caught onto this and how big of a difference it makes. Aside from their general racism, I think that's a huge reason why the NFL doesn't want a black owner/ownership group because it would be a wrap IMO. Black owner/GM/HC....they would be leading contender for all FAs that aren't QBs.
