Can any of the NT CBB/Draft experts explain what happened with him? He went from a projected lotto pick to late second round. Had no clue he was on GSW until he popped in during the Knicks blowout.

Hes 6’2, short arms and his shot didn’t hold up in college.

He tough tho, and does some things pretty well. Think he’ll figure it out in the G-league, and become a rotational guard someday.

He gotta show his shot making in HS was real. Hasnt Looked comfortable shooting off the bounce since the level as gone up. Pretty much similar to Cole Anthony in a sense.

The athleticism is the biggest issue with Mannion. He looked explosive at the HS level. Really struggled to get by pretty much everyone at the college level though.

He has a solid handle, is an excellent passer, and is a better shooter than what we saw in college, I think.

As strong as he is, he’s very finesse around the rim. He doesn’t dunk as much and finishes with layups a lot.

the recognition was always way more meaningful than the game. I hope they don’t go ahead with a game.

But maybe they can have some or of distant all star activities. Dunk contest, 3pt contest and maybe HORSE. It can all be done remote.
