Got an 8.5 from Probus. They have about 4 pairs remaining. He said they kindve came out of nowhere, received very few pairs, and are selling fast. It's $140 shipped. He also mentioned that Nike wouldn't allow them to put them on the website.... Thought that was interesting.

I think it all depends on who you get on the phone. I had a dude yesterday help me and was very cool. Today was a little different but no worries. Best advice to those calling anywhere with phone orders is be patient and polite right off the bat- usually the person on the other end appreciates it and is more likely to do stuff for you- fairly obvious, but sometimes its easy to disregard when you have no connection to the person, store, or place you are calling.
In the last few months, I have been able to score some Forging irons for outlet price, these agassi tech challenges and a few other nice outlet steals all over the phone just due to luck of the draw and a little kindness.

For instance, the regular releases of the Auburn SC High recently had poor quality.  But there was a OG QS version during the same year or so span with superior quality.  I know the scenario isn't identical in any way but it has me wondering.  It also has me debating a double up on the Lavas if the quality/comfort on the other releases will be less.
