It turns out that the Nike socks (specifically the air max multiplier) are great for protecting your feet during practice.
I used them this past week during a two hour hit with a friend.
No blisters. My feet actually felt great, afterwards.
Definitely worth the extra money.
They are good, but my favorites might be the bombas tennis socks.
