So in certain sizes Lavas dropped 50-60 dollars on the resell market. Why do yall think that happened? Possibly the same seller? Dudes trying to get rid of some stock for the holidays? I’ve seen a drop in resell price before, but the progress wasn’t that quick. One day they were $250 plus, the next you can cop for a little under $200.

Watching it in real time was crazy, I’m talking to my girl and the alerts started… Literally less than 10 minutes apart. At one point my sz 11 was 168 shipped

GOAT and Flight Club are the same company now. And if they pissed off Nike, they'd be under the same legal microscope.

The highlighted sections are Nike's claims. It's not a ruling or declaration from a judge. The orignal lawsuit was over some stupid NFT offering from SX. Nike likely wasn't going to get the ruling they hoped for, so they're trying to play dirty and tarnish SX any way they can.

Bottom line: you have to do your own due diligence when you buy from ANY aftermarket seller

True. It’s a risk period buying from the resell market, no matter who you buy from. StockX had the better return policy IMO, even though you only get store credit. Reason I went with them in the end.
