🎾 OFFICIAL AGASSI RETRO THREAD 🎾

Anyone have a 10 in the US opens? Might be able to help out with a pair of Aus Opens if we can organize something

I dont think people like the AUS Opens as much as the US Opens. Doubt this trade will work. I am hoping for bomb *** French Open shoes to double up on. Out of the 4 these will be the hardest for me. I dont know anyone who stays in France. Few people who go in and out. Wonder if they will repeat this process with the IIIs and IVs.

Erm, my actual home is London. It has been for the past 35 years. London is Jordan crazy and has been for the past three years or so. You can't go up any regular high street without seeing MULTIPLE pairs of J's. Hardly anybody wears III's or IV's either. It's all about Spizike's and other hybrids. The recent Fire Red III's are still sitting on shelves even today. Nobody seems to know about OG CWs here, which is good. On Christmas Eve I went into Niketown wearing a pair of boxfresh 2011 True Blue III's and nobody outside of a few older heads had an idea what they even were. The Black/Crimson III's were popular here, but that's mainly because black shoes are way more popular than white ones nowadays.

London was my actual home before Chicago. Still visit frequently. I live in one of the busiest parts of the city and last I was there I only saw people wearing the BC and WC IVs and a few people in the WC IIIs. There was a few random jordans here and there. Nothing serious though. Not arguing with you, simply my observation. Like I said we probably have two different meanings for crazy. Mine being going to the mall and seeing everyone in the same 3 or 4 pairs of kicks. With that definition of crazy, London has been Air Max crazy for a while now. With several store employees saying the AM1s are most of what they wear.

True, but if someone is going for the 'grand slam' they will need all 4 shoes.

So there may be a possibility that someone does want the Aus opens and has doubles of the US opens

There's not many times that US people need a sneaker from Australians, usually the other way round so if I don't ask I won't know.

Heck I should of bought all 17 pairs that the Nike store got cause I was there first, that would of made for some interesting dealings..

Also I'm not out to make profit. If I help somewhere put as long as I'm not our of pocket, they will get it at retail + shipping plus fees

Might as well ask for wimbledons while I'm at it. Size 10 anyone? Let me know

If that is how you feel you should grab 2 or 3 more pairs for the future. Shouldve cleared out NT england, and I couldnt get them back to the states. Also they were being slept on at the time. Checked ebay before I left london they were still retail. Didnt think I would get any heat trades out of it. Checked a week before the US Opens and they were pushing $450.

The US Opens are exactly why I am moving to NYC (not really but still). **** Chicago

Yer, if only.. Sounds like a great idea, but holding onto pairs for future only works if you can sell the shoe.

And I'm not in to the reselling game so someone else can do it. For now I'll just help out those who I can

Are the Yeezy hypebeasts all over the Tech Challenge II?

Seeing if I should try and grab a pair of the 08's and avoid any hassle.

There's definitely going to be a bigger following due to the yeezy hypebeasts so there's no chance these will be on sale for $40 like last time.

You don't have to be a reseller. I have 88s IIIs that I don't care for. When I find I trade I will trade it. If a certain amount of time passes and I cant find a trade, I will just put it on ebay. Not like I am actively reselling or copping to resell.

True.. That's a good way to look at if. I guess as long as the person has the disposable income to do that, then good luck

Might have to give it a go ;)

I'd trade Wimbledons for '88's. I missed out on both chances to get the 88's and I'm still kicking myself.

End didn't get them in today. One of the guys said they had a delay on their shipment. Looks like I'll have to wait it out now. Damn.

I visited again in '08 and it was gone!  Did they move or something???

After you said about it yesterday I asked my friend Gavin who lives in Streatham and he assured me it was still there. Perhaps they've moved premises. Streatham is the total other side of town from me, and too far for me to go on a random store check. I'll ask Gavin and see what he says.

*EDIT* I just looked it up in the Yellow Pages, and it appears to no longer be there. Sports Direct has taken over 213A-213C Streatham High Road. Maybe they have moved, but I can't find any listing for them anywhere.
