🎾 OFFICIAL AGASSI RETRO THREAD 🎾

anyone know what hes talking about...
Overseas pairs come with a tiny square sticker in the upper right corner of the size label.  Since no pairs of the FO's or W2's released in the US, every box should have a colored sticker in that location.  As far as for designating EU, the color is red.

My French Open's have this colored sticker on the box. I was wondering if all of the Wimbledon's have stickers on the box too? Or do some boxes come without the colored sticker. ANYONE???

I saw a pair of Wimbledon's from Asia without that sticker on the box. I wonder if they are legit. I want to buy a pair so that's why I'm asking if all of the boxes have that little sticker. I want to make sure I'm buying a legit product. If anyone has a box without the sticker, please chime in. Thanks.

Pic from Taobao from what appears to be an Asian FO release pair.  Has a white sticker:

No one should have a box without a sticker as I just stated.  Unless it fell or ripped off the box.

You know when it's a slow time in the thread when were talking about minute stickers! Get your kicks wear them and enjoy them

It's not minute though. If there are boxes without the stickers and the shoes aren't authentic pairs I want to know before I drop a lot of cash. I'm sure other people would want to know too just to be informed. I think it's important to the thread for people who have to buy aftermarket.

I get that but after market buying is fraught with all sorts of risks. If those guys who are out their producing fakes b grades etc can go to the trouble of sourcing boxes they can probably get their hands on little stickers too.

Granted I don't own any of these pairs in question so I'm not an authority on the subject.... but, those little stickers look fairly basic and look like they could be easily replicated. Are they holographic or anything like that?

Was looking through a few pairs on the Bay trying to double up on FOs and there were a few boxes w/o stickers which had me concered. None of the pairs I have are w/o the sticker as others have said.

Yeah, I don't know what to think of it really. I just want to make sure I get an authorized/legit pair.

My girlfriend really likes the Air Tech Challenge Hybrid in the Black/Rave Pink colorway. What's the smallest size that they made in those?

What does that even mean though?

I've said it a bunch of times in the last 24 hours. There are probably extra pairs that were made, and sold under the table (I.e. Nike orders 2,000 pairs and they make 2,200) and/or defective pairs which didn't pass quality control which are sold under the table. These are not considered completely "legit" pairs because nike didn't sell them and get a cut, but they are the same shoes. They are unauthorized by nike. Same shoes though. If you're buying to wear just do it.

Got my cube courts in from sneakerhead today and I gotta say I'm definitely disappointed by the quality. It's nothing super major but the dents on the right toe box are definitely feelable when I put them on. The glue stains are also a bit more difficult to get off than expected too but hopefully both those issues can be taken care of View media item 1108477

Do you plan on wearing them?

Ok, thank you very much. I'm buying to wear so I won't concern myself with the sticker then. I just didn't want a fake or jacked up pair.

Thanks again.

I think you'll be okay. If you can get pics of the shoes post them here and I'm sure the group brain can spot any irregularities.
