🎾 OFFICIAL AGASSI RETRO THREAD 🎾

My US2 from Foot Patrol came in today. They shipped them in a bag! And then my wife who signed for the order threw the package in the garage in a fit of "you bought more trainers" rage. Inevitable beat up box consequence. Shoes all good though.

However my pair don't smell anything like as strong as my Wimbledon's.

In conclusion they look better in flesh and happy to got for retail with minim fuss.
Well my I'm waiting for a refund for my FP order. Emailed them this morning for an update since the tracking info they sent me hadn't updated at all. Received a response that their courier never received the package.  WHAT???  Said they needed to open an investigation and it might take up to 10 days.

Whatever, asked for an immediate refund that still hasn't come yet.  I'd be pissed, but thankfully I got another pair coming from Kicks HI.

Personally, I wouldn't size down...unless you want your big toe right at the edge...or use a thinner insole.
Thanks!  ...about to hit the pay button!

OG Footpatrol > New Footpatrol

Worst customer service ever. They kept an order of mine open for over a month with no replies. I finally had to open a dispute with my CC company just to get my money back.

I was only here to look for the FO for my dude, or use the Wimbeldons as trade bait.  Well, I've come up empty on both in both Euro and US drops so far.  I only liked the lavas for myself, but these FOs have REALLY grown on me.  I found my size for like $30 over retail, shipped.  Is it so wrong if I get mine and not his?  I'm thinking of waiting it out in his size, but I'm feeling just about done looking for these.|I

Also, I've seen people comment that these are slightly wide.  I'm trying to decide if I need to go .5 size down or not.  Did anybody size down?

That small?
I remember seeing a pair of his supposed PE from the mid-90's that were, IIRC, a 10.5.

The condition of those Lavas look amazing though.

On the Flares I only could see the uk size of 8 which should be a US 9. I thought it was a little bigger size too.

Open.
I’m up a set, rolling along, when suddenly I feel as if I’ve stepped in a mousetrap. I look down. The bottom of my shoe has fallen off. Peeled

away.

I didn’t bring an extra pair of tennis shoes.

I halt the match, tell officials that I need new shoes. An announcement is made over the loudspeaker, in urgent staccato German. Can someone lend a shoe to Mr. Agassi? Size ten and a half?

It has to be a Nike, I add—because of my contract.

A man in the upper bleachers rises and waves his shoe. He would be happy, he says, to loan me his Schuh. Brad goes up to the stands and retrieves it. Though the man is a size nine, I force his shoe on my foot, like some half-wit Cinderella, and resume play.
