It'll get plead down. He's arriving on campus next week. Past precedent (Clifford, Washington, etc.) is this will be strike 1...anotherincident and he'll miss 2 games. Starting your college career in the doghouse is not a good look.

Which should I get OSU fans? Rivals, Scout, or ESPN. I want to have access to up to the minute OSU news, but Im all the way in PA.
And on the topic of Jamaal Berry, I am just hoping this doesn't turn out to be the next Ray Small fiasco.

^ Haha.

Camp starts today. Ricardo Miller and Devin Gardner are going to there all week trying to get guys to join the class. Devin destroyed the PAL camp this week atboth QB and WR. Kid is going to be a good one. Looks like we may have the 2nd QB commit this weekend. Cornelious Jones from SC is in town and people arewatching to see if he pulls the trigger.

Get Scout...blows Rivals and Bucknuts away. Bill Greene does an excellent job, and the other insiders are outstanding, as well.

As far as Ray Small goes...he might not be suiting up for the Buckeyes anymore.

Ray Small is such an underachiever, the dude was expected to be as good as Ginn in terms of production. I can't believe i have him in my avy lol.
Syracuse University confirms seven more players have left the football team

by syracuse.com
Frank Ordonez / The Post-Standard, 2008 Linebacker Mile Mele (50) goes for a tackle during Syracuse's game at South Florida last season.

The list of Syracuse football players who have left the team under the new coaching staff has gotten longer.

The Post-Standard's Donnie Webb reports that SU Athletics has confirmed the departures of linebacker Parker Cantey, receiver Chaz Cervino, cornerback Nick Chestnut, linebacker Mike Mele, tight end Darnell Pratt, walk-on receiver Frank Satterfield and place-kicker Austin Wallis.

Head coach Doug Marrone declined to comment on Tuesday, but as we reported on Monday, Cervino's father said coach Marrone told Chaz his role would be limited this season. Cervino plans to transfer to Hofstra.

The latest group joins wide receiver Trey Fairchild, lineman Michael Kay, defensive tackle Lamar Middleton, quarterback David Legree, cornerback Matt Reid, cornerback Terrell Harris, linebacker Dan Sheeran, defensive tackle Elon Mitchell and running back Jeremiah Harden, who also left the team earlier this spring, along with several walk-on players.

That makes 15 players that have quit the team since Marrone took over. My dude Chaz quit. I figured he was going to leave anyway this seasonregardless of who was coaching.
Murphy's Solomon Patton picks Gators over Crimson Tide

Posted by http://blog.al.com/bamabeat/about.htmlGentry Estes, Mobile Press-RegisterJune 14, 2009 1:43 PM
OK, so no one gets 'em all. But say this for Nick Saban's brief tenure at Alabama: The Tide has seldom lost a top in-state recruit he truly coveted, especially one from the Mobile area.

Rivals.comSolomon Patton: Set to be a Florida Gator

When it happens, it's news.

Murphy High wide receiver Solomon Patton broke a recent trend by going public today with his commitment to Florida, recruiting Web sites in the Sunshine State are reporting (Check out the Scout.com story here.) The national champion Gators made quite the impression on Patton, who was once considered a lean to the Crimson Tide.

"The entire time I was there I felt at home," Murphy told Scout.com about a trip to Gainesville. "It has been hard to know that I am going to be a Gator and not say anything. ... I mean, they have won two of the past three national championships. Who wouldn't want to be a part of something like that."

Patton has accumulated more than 1,700 receiving yards the past two years. He is rated a four-star prospect on Rivals' five-star scale. For Alabama, though, losing Patton should be made easier by the fact that Millbrook athlete Demarcus Milliner, who most consider the state's top prospect, committed to Saban earlier this month.

The way Dunk has been playing his cards, I can't doubt you. The only player from Pahokee I think coming to Florida is Richard Ash and AntonioFord (if he gets an offer).
Soloman Patton

With Auburn focusing on Lattimore and Seastrunk, right now is the time for us to slip Corey Grant right from under them.

I dunno, I read that same stuff and dude has no source about the Pahokee player. we'll see.

I def. thinnk Dunkley is the one to get

Hey Gunna, I know you have connects with Apopka, any word on if Jeremy Gallon is gunna qualify? Hearing that Toussanint is all but in and he and Gallon werethe only 2 we were waiting on. Any info would be nice. What do u think of Lo Wood as a college CB? Thanks.

I seriously doubt Dunk is going to UM.

Good pickup on Patton by the gates. He's been a heavy lean to them for a while though, no?

Yes, Richard Ash seems to be a heavy Gator lean. Said he told Urban he's a Gator but won't make it public until the tenn game. Dunno why?
Don't doubt the Dunkley news either, as we have a good chance to land a scary wr class this year with Boone, Thompkins, McCay, Stills, James Louis lookingas strong possibilities. But have also heard Dunkley is a silent to us as well so?
Heard Corey Grant is visiting us this week. News is if he doesn't commit this week then he'll probably goto Bama. He is supposedly the fastest playerwe are recruiting this year. Dusted Patton at a 100m race this year.
Also, looks like we are in good shape with Cody Riggs after visit this week. Probably a Gator Irish race.

Yes, long time Gator lean.

Holmes Onwukaife looks like he may commit very soon to Michigan. I guess all that is left is the phone call to RichRod and its a done deal. Kid is 6-3 220lband a little light as a DE but looking at him, I could see him getting to 260lbs very easily. Massive frame. He and Cornelius Jones look to be next up tocommit and possibly RB Nick Hill, if he gets the offer he has been begging for.
