It'll get plead down. He's arriving on campus next week. Past precedent (Clifford, Washington, etc.) is this will be strike 1...anotherincident and he'll miss 2 games. Starting your college career in the doghouse is not a good look.Originally Posted by Newbs24

Get Scout...blows Rivals and Bucknuts away. Bill Greene does an excellent job, and the other insiders are outstanding, as well.Originally Posted by SteelCurtain
Which should I get OSU fans? Rivals, Scout, or ESPN. I want to have access to up to the minute OSU news, but Im all the way in PA.
And on the topic of Jamaal Berry, I am just hoping this doesn't turn out to be the next Ray Small fiasco.

As far as Ray Small goes...he might not be suiting up for the Buckeyes anymore.
Syracuse University confirms seven more players have left the football team

by syracuse.com

Tuesday June 09, 2009, 11:02 AM
Frank Ordonez / The Post-Standard, 2008 Linebacker Mile Mele (50) goes for a tackle during Syracuse's game at South Florida last season.
The list of Syracuse football players who have left the team under the new coaching staff has gotten longer.
The Post-Standard's Donnie Webb reports that SU Athletics has confirmed the departures of linebacker Parker Cantey, receiver Chaz Cervino, cornerback Nick Chestnut, linebacker Mike Mele, tight end Darnell Pratt, walk-on receiver Frank Satterfield and place-kicker Austin Wallis.
Head coach Doug Marrone declined to comment on Tuesday, but as we reported on Monday, Cervino's father said coach Marrone told Chaz his role would be limited this season. Cervino plans to transfer to Hofstra.
The latest group joins wide receiver Trey Fairchild, lineman Michael Kay, defensive tackle Lamar Middleton, quarterback David Legree, cornerback Matt Reid, cornerback Terrell Harris, linebacker Dan Sheeran, defensive tackle Elon Mitchell and running back Jeremiah Harden, who also left the team earlier this spring, along with several walk-on players.
That makes 15 players that have quit the team since Marrone took over. My dude Chaz quit. I figured he was going to leave anyway this seasonregardless of who was coaching.
The way Dunk has been playing his cards, I can't doubt you. The only player from Pahokee I think coming to Florida is Richard Ash and AntonioFord (if he gets an offer).Originally Posted by Fear The Ibis
I'm hearing Dunkley is a silent to us. Patton to the Gators just makes it seem even more realistic.

Yes, Richard Ash seems to be a heavy Gator lean. Said he told Urban he's a Gator but won't make it public until the tenn game. Dunno why?Originally Posted by FlaHustler1024

Soloman Patton(pause)
With Auburn focusing on Lattimore and Seastrunk, right now is the time for us to slip Corey Grant right from under them.
Good pickup on Patton by the gates. He's been a heavy lean to them for a while though, no?
Yes, long time Gator lean.

Probably going to be affected by the new rule about how many players you can sign every year.
