*'11-'12 LAKERS Thread; 41-25* 1st Rd: DEN (go to 1st Rd. Thread)

Lakers desperately need a PG/G that can dominantly play with Kobe and not for him in order for the Lakers to go to the next level....CP3 would have been so nice...Lakers need a PG more than anything...Kobe is not who he used to be...its about that time for the torch to get ready to be passed....Kobe can only put up consistent numbers for so long..

why is fisher driving it in like he is drose?? really fisher you have 3 options

1. get blocked
2. miss the lay up and turnover the ball
3. pass the ball!!!

3 ftw plz

Kobe's PPG numbers are misleading....

3 of the 5 guys were starters their first year.. Dirk came in the lockout year and started his second season (Still started 24 of 47 in lockout).

Wasn't until Kobe's third year he played 35 plus minutes.

If you go from third year on when Kobe has been a starter.. 27.3 PPG

Not to mention he's in his 16th years. Lebron and Wades numbers wont be the same once they're that old.

they're still in the game with all the freethrows they made and us missing

still shooting well though hope we can keep it up

Kobe better not get any more turnovers tonight.

I enjoy watching McRoberts finish at the rim.

Thank you for pointing that out.

We shot 66%.. At best we would make 2 more free throws...

Their free throws have been what's kept it from being 20+.

Refs have been pretty bad at calling fouls tonight

Charles SHUT THE @%#$ UP..

You say we need to beat the good teams... We lose to Bulls by 1 point after we lost it ourselves.. Got beat by Kings who have been playing well.. Ran a much younger Jazz team out the gym in our 3rd game in 3 nights... And have been beasting on the Knicks...
