glad i let my pair at Nike Chicago sit now after hearing that madness. it was my kids b-day and didnt have ton of time to wait in line. thats crazy. i've been at the last few there and it wasnt that bad with the separate lines.  only thing bad was the weather.  thank god NDC hooked me up or i'd come up empty and made my wife happy we were $213 richer.

I know I'm in the minority, but I honestly prefer the height of the Retro patent leather over the OG. Gives the shoe a cleaner/sleaker look imo.

Could also be that when I was young I just hated all that patent leather in general on the OG's.

I might be in the minority, but Concords were supper duper, porno star yambs, easy. FNL did that restock, 10 pairs were added, stupid errors for 5 minutes, and then that e-mail confirmation came, and shortly after, shipping confirmation.

I have a question . The upper part of this shoe is not the same as the other 11's and has that synthetic leather. Was that an OG feature or one that Nike did on this shoe as kind of a remaster. I think because that material might be a little bit better to keep clean.

I've been wearing Jordans since '95. The 2012 bred release and subsequent restocks were so plentiful you had to make an effor not to cop a pair.
I've never seen so many pairs of one shoe constantly restocked.

not where i was at.. it was 500 people in line for the black and red restock.. then stores were doing really rigged ish so you had to pay resell even on restock day

ill catch a pair with yellowed pods (how come the og's and 2000's dont do that) 2 years from now for 225 from someone hurting on some money or catch one of those "professional one of a kind" restocks..

Yeah I think if you were persistent and you were up since 8am your chances of getting at least one pair was very high.

They were definitely easier online, but I wish I knew how to navigate through websites then, like I know now though. I still came out with 5 on that release. Nike also allowed 2 pairs per order!

yeah finishline is a struggle but since really not a lot people can get in mass numbers as long as you're very patient you're good. Only site I can consistently count on. Nike is iffy and eastbay/footlocker/etc. has never once worked for me.

I used to be able to cop from JJ with relative ease, but definitely not as of late.
