The reporter was even trying to shade Cullen during the relay as if Lochte wasn't the one who screwed up. Cullen had one of the fastest legs of the race.

it's on lochte's coach.. lochte shouldn't have been on the really, UNLESS he swam on the heat team AND had the fastest split
phelps should have been in the starting spot (where he usually is).. then grevers who went 47.54 in the heats when there was no real pressure, plus he's having a great meet (also came 3rd in the 100 free at the trials behind jones and adrian).. then jones THEN adrian on the anchor
- grevers split in the heat was faster then both jones and lochte.. adrian didn't get a relay start, so can't compare his split
