2013-2014 NBA Thread - IND @ WAS and OKC @ LAC on ESPN

Since there's a bit of a lull...did we come to a consensus on whether or not to have series threads?

Someone made a thread for the Houston game, but it got like 25 replies I think.. most didn't know about it.

At this point, these games are the "worst" offenders since one game is ending while another is starting and post game discussion interferes with in-game discussion for the next game, and so on.. but we're already halfway through the opening round so might as well just keep it the same. We could try doing it for the next round, but at the very least we'll probably create separate conference finals threads to keep in-game discussion there.. or at the very least do another Finals thread like we did last year.

doubt there will be much coverage of this in canada, i dont think the sports network even has any black people to speak on the issue

ESPN just spoke on the topic for about 3-5 minutes. TNT has not touched it yet, pretty disappointed

Broussard basically said that Sterling views himself as a slave owner and the players are his slaves. He views them the way a slave master would view his slaves, only for work and making more money.

Maybe one thread for all series for gametime discussions, and one regular thread for everything but series talk (like what we're doing now).
