I watched the Anthony Davis video....whoever was holding him down and spanking him is the suspect one. I think it was either Tyreke or Morrow from how dark the dude looked.

First of all aint no str8 guy gonna keep laying there on video like that son knowing this dude just tapped your *** like that and then laugh about it

Football locker rooms were known for this type of **** even moreso than other sports. They were "playing" but it's still out of bounds to a lot of people, same with frat hazing.

:lol at the ref so wanted to call delay of game

My dad was saying this to me as a kid, and now I finally agree. The charge play has to be taken out of basketball man.

It's extremely dangerous and there's no basketball play being made at all. Nothing good comes out of the charge call and people can seriously get hurt. The play isn't even defense. Your not defending. You are in fact, impeding. The only charge calls that are legit to me are the ones where a defender is playing actual defense and a player runs him over/runs through him.
100% agree. I've always felt that the NBA needed to change the rule for charges and make it that 90% of those calls are blocks. It's so stupid when someone leaves their feet to pass or layup then someone can just go under them to get a charge. The charge was created to stop players who drive in a straight line and are out of control, but it has evolved to the point where players who are trying to avoid defenders going for charges are still getting called for it.

How long is that ad video? I don't want to watch it. I'm assuming he's just getting spanked. Sounds like some kinda rookie hazing situation.

Did davis lick his tongue out while gettin his bare *** spanked by another man?

I would even go as far as to still call fouls or some type of modified technical foul when guys try to do the undercut and miss. It's far I know, but watching the Mavs game for example every time one of our guys drove there was 2 guys trying to slide under forcing them to have to contort in the air, sometimes throwing themselves off balance to avoid the contact. It would be kind of similar to how the league made a "point of emphasis" protecting jump shooters being able to land this yr and you're seeing more fouls called where the defender closes out too close

But since the league isn't going to do that I agree, take 1 good offensive foul and just lead knee first and catch him in the forehead. Be well worth the foul, or even ejection/tech.

agree that they need to look into the charge rule but to balance it out for defenders they need to really focus on calling fouls when an offensive player uses his off arm when driving, along with not calling fouls on defenders when they go straight up to contest a shot. it should be a no call rather than a foul on the defender

Agreed. The charge is terrible... Dudes don't even contest the shot or play D. That's what's annoying about it.

BKN is about to give IND their first loss today. BKN will show up today and show the NBA they are here to contend.

I like IND though. But today is the day ya'll catch your first L.

If Pacers win tonight their next tough matchup won't be until December 1st. I think they can take Brooklyn tho.

I hope that AD video dont get blown out of proportion and we start seeing on espn that calipari let his players get sexually harrased/molested

i actually like the raptors army uniforms

makes it easier to convince my brain that im not watching the raptors

There can't be one more annoying thing I've seen from a player in quite some damn time than his charge taking. I'll say in all seriousness....I don't think the Heat would have won the past two championships without his charge taking. I'm dead ***.

I got the sniffles. Happy i got this and the football game to watch. I don't know who to root for. I feel like I hate the entire eastern confrence. But I like Walsh alot and respect this current pacers team

Man the NBA wants to "stop flopping" but yet allows for players to make "Battier Like" plays, or "Derek Fisher" like plays.

That is, them seeing that someone is driving to the hoop to make a play, a basketball play, and the defense...doesn't play defense. They rush to beat him to the spot, which is cool. What isn't cool, is once the "defense" is at said spot, they literally stand there and purposely wait so the offensive player runs into him. What the hell is that? That's not a basketball play by any means. If you beat an offensive player to the spot, and challenge the shot, and the offensive player uses his arm or shoulder to dislodge you or get an illegal advantage, then yes that's a charge. But to stand there and just wait to get ran over and classify that as a basketball play is ******ed. That's flopping to me as well. All of that is flopping if you think about it.

Honestly, it should be some form of a flagrant or technical foul. Like I said, it's not a basketball play and it can seriously hurt the players involved. Something has to be done about this, it's getting carried away and takes away the joy of the game a bit for me.
