Joakim?
Ahh good call.
Point being, for as b-ball rich as NYC is, it's slim pickings in the NBA as far as impact players.

Joakim?
Thats still nyc however you put itBut he's from like the rich part of Manhattan right? That can't count.
Lamar odom tooLance Stephenson about to become the best NYC-bred talent in the NBA since Ron Artest...right?
I've got to have a brain-fart, b/c I can't think of anyone else who has really panned out since Ron.
Don't even mention Roy Hibbert. He doesn't count.
Actually, what's going on with NY? They haven't had a super hyper prospect in a while. Lloyd Daniels, Kenny Anderson, Felipe Lopez, Telfair.....?
Lance was very hyped his whole hs career
Right. I remember hearing about "Born Ready," but has there been anyone since him?

You must not have been around during the Felipe Lopez hype. People acted like he'd be the next Jordan. And that was pre internet mixtape era.
Randle looks like a hybrid of josh smith and zbo

Yeah Isaiah Whitehead is playing next, Chris McCullough too but he went the prep route
It might make me a bad person, but I don't want to see any of the top 4 prospects go to Sacramento, Utah, Portland, or Cleveland and waste away the first ~7 yrs of their careers. What teams would most of you prefer for each prospect?
My assessment of them from just watching a ton of YouTube highlights of them and their first college action so far this year...
Randle = young Webber with more range
Wiggins = young T-Mac
Parker = young Pierce
I'm not even sure what that gif implies.
