2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

What rankings do y'all go by? Rivals? ESPN? Something else?
Which has the player ranked higher?

For individual players, I like the 247 Composite since it takes into account the most evaluations. Not really a huge fan of team rankings...

Not really where they're ranked higher, just in general...who do you think evaluates/ranks prospects better. Team rankings, I kinda agree but it's also clear where most stand in terms of who they signed.

Bostwick had been a done deal to the gates for weeks now, what were the Miami sites saying?
A lot of dudes having him as a Cane (up until the last minute). It was going back and forth, though. Kirkland was for sure a Cane before that fiasco, and the writing was on the wall between that and 6's decision.

@ Collins' brother saying that they found out about him choosing Arky at his Fox Sports South announcement. That coach of his must've bought him all that garbage 'nalia en route to ATL. His mom will fold eventually.

We got 13 Early Enrollees and 17 signed today, by our standards that's like getting 2 Classes in 1 year. What ya'll doing???

5 five stars isn't a bad class for USC. even if Vanderdoes goes to ND and no one else signs, not too shabby.

247 composite.. Its an average of all the 4 major sites... I go by offer sheets more than anything

I guess it was proven last year in SC's case that quality is in fact not better than quantity. Or is you 75 still better than everyone else's 85?

idk, last season your #3 class got mollywhopped by Louisville and their #42 ranked recruits. does bringing in a ton of great preps matter when they can't play? you'd be able to say better than anyone i imagine.

Hmm, don't know what UF has to do with what I said. They did play pretty well for the majority of the season save that last game, but hey we weren't the #1 ranked runaway title favorite going into last season like some people ;)

Lol at going from one extreme to the other.

Why don't you ask Nako directly, since he was the one who said it?
