You shouldn't reward a player for being on a good team, just like you shouldn't punish a player for being a bad team.

The Heisman should be given to the best player in college football, unfortunately it is often given to a player on the best team.

I think so, but might be some homer in my opinion ... Nikita Whitlock and Aaron Donald have caught my eye this year too
