Regarding Tavon, just not a fan of small WR's but he has some moves and Rams needed a WR.

 Maybe not next year but this defensive unit has the potential to be stout. Bmore is rebuilding, Bengals are suspect, and Pittsburgh needs a youth revival. 

Browns defense has been good the last few seasons, but they still need to figure out their QB situation.

Dumped Revis to Tampa for a few picks, turned around and found a nice replacement for Revis.

The only thing I can think of is that the Dolphins must've thought 12 was no man's land and needed to trade up to get a guy they liked (Dion) or trade back and accumulate.
