My point in that is that if he was on another team he would be completely and utterly irrelevant.

I get it Kelly will be in Laker uniform for at least another year... support your players.... but some aren't very good no matter what position they play.

No if he was on a different team, I'd have the same opinion of him...


Players are what they are and that's how you value them... To say Ryan Kelly is your 4th or 5th best guy off the bench even for a contender, and could provide a lot of value for a bench isn't homerism... It's viewing him for what he is.



And please stop with Cousins being traded, they are not going to do it.. They have a few years before he even hits Free Agency.

I want a 2nd round pick that can come off the bench averaging a double double and shooting closer to 40 percent from 3. I also want him to be able to play the 3 and 4. I also don't want him out there winning games. These are my demands

Only you can suck the fun out of everything. Time spend in front of computers doesn't equate to correct OPINIONS. Things happen. Stats don't tell whole story. You're spreadsheets have been wrong, but you never come back and admit you were wrong. (see: #12)


If Kelly comes back next year and is truly productive over real stretches not 7 days , I'm man enough to admit I was wrong. See the difference.

I've admitted I was wrong plenty of times about Dwight. I even said going into Free Agency that he was at best 50/50 gone. Only a hope he grabs for money like Melo. And even admit him leaving was actually better for us long term.
