Is 20,000 enough? :lol

Same thing will happen in Miami.

Only difference will be instead of 20,000 it will be 2,000

62 people out of 3 million people in the Cleveland area burned his jerseys. Stop letting the media dictate what you believe in.

Be your own man, use your intuition to believe that not everyone in Northeast Ohio burned his jersey or was emotionally distraught. Or are you just gonna believe everything the propaganda machine which is ESPN, throws at you.

And it doesn't even matter now though.

The best player in the world just came back home and is all smiles up here.....

AT, you used a few comments from the miami heat thread to generalize an entire fanbase. you're probably right...but goodness, the IRONY of "62 out of 2 million"........

At this point...ya'll gotta stop falling for the AT bait. Chalk him up in the Zyzz/DipsetGeneral category and just call a spade a spade.

Ya'll let his position as a moderator dictate how seriously you take him.

He missed the pages before that when almost everyone thanked Lebron right after the decision went down. But that's really none of his business.

Animal Thug was the same guy touting his sources like he was Christopher Broussard during the lead up to the decision telling everyone on NT that according to LeBron' cousin's friend's mother in law said that Bron was staying the first time. Dude would make obnoxious posts replying to reasonable dudes that made legitimate points that Bron might leave. After Bron left he made several posts that were as anti heat, anti Lebron and to some extent anti league as most people. Not to mention he was cheering for an extended lockout. The irony isn't about fans burning jerseys but you laughing at another fan base making absurd claims when up until a few weeks ago you were in the same boat.

:lol i've got nothing against AT, i think i'm just salty that his team went from being a perennial lottery team to a championship contender overnight

I was wondering where you've been.

Can't wait for the season :lol

Categorize me as a Zyzz and Dipset General..?

Based off your join date alone, I'm going to assume you've only had enough time around here to know me as the salty clevelander. Which is fine, except for the fact that I was here before anyone knew who Lebron was, I'll be here after he's long gone.

See, anyone can post laughable comments targeting specific fan bases and teams - that's what this thread can be used for right? But let it be a Cavs fan like myself, and also a moderator - and than I get accused of being a "Zyzz" or "Dipset general" because the shots I've taken aren't warranted huh?

I see. The double edged sword. I'll live with it though.

If having the best player on your team means it comes with all the name calling and unwarranted shots, than so be it.

I'll manifest it.

I have a huge problem with people lurking the Miami Heat thread only to run and post misinformation in this thread. Talk about some cowardly stuff. If you want to address what the Miami Heat fans have said, how bout you actually engage us instead of trying trolling here. :rolleyes

There's still a Miami Heat thread?

Felton Pleads Guilty
Updated: July 23, 2014, 11:25 AM ET
Associated Press
NEW YORK -- Dallas Mavericks point guard Raymond Felton pleaded guilty Wednesday in a New York gun case, taking a plea deal that involved admitting a felony but spares him jail.

Felton pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm. He admitted he knowingly had a large-capacity ammunition magazine and a pistol without a license.

"Are those charges true?'' Manhattan state Supreme Court Justice Larry Stephen asked.

"Yes, sir,'' Felton said, later adding in a soft voice, "I apologize.''

He was immediately sentenced to 500 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine. Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Rebold said Felton will be allowed to do the service outside New York.

If he complies, the case will be closed without jail time or probation.

Felton has said the Manhattan district attorney's office, which had outlined the agreement in court last month, was fair to him.

The criminal case arose last winter, as Felton grappled with the breakup of his marriage and navigated a struggling season with the New York Knicks. He was traded to Dallas last month, two days after his plea plan was announced.

About a week after Felton's law student wife filed for divorce, her attorney brought a loaded semi-automatic handgun to a police precinct and said it was Felton's and she wanted it out of the house, authorities said. Felton's lawyer, Jim Walden, has said Felton never threatened anyone with the gun.

After police contacted Felton, he turned himself in shortly after a Mavericks-Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.

Felton was charged under a state law that bans many large-capacity ammunition magazines. Prosecutors said Felton's could hold about 20 rounds.

The NBA has said it is monitoring the case. The league usually waits until criminal cases against players are resolved before deciding whether to impose any fine or suspension.

Felton, 30, was a star at the University of North Carolina and was the fifth pick of the 2005 NBA draft. Besides Dallas and New York, he's played for the Charlotte Bobcats, Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers.

Last season, Felton missed 17 games while battling injuries and averaged a career-low 9.7 points as the Knicks went 37-45 and missed the playoffs.
he's fortunate. I thought no one skated on gun charges in NY

You said that the Cavs should trade Irving, Waiters, Bennett and Wiggins for Love and MCW...

Now how the **** am I or anyone else on this board supposed to take you seriously?

Ohhhhhhhhh, you wanted to me strive to appease you and gain your upmost respect/admiration/recognition.

I get it. Sorry sir, it'll never happen again. I will do my best to have you "take me seriously"

.
