Teams begin camps with media days; many streamed online

NBA training camps begin Friday with media days for the five teams who will play outside of the U.S. this preseason. On Monday, the remaining 25 teams will hold their media days.

The first exhibition game of the NBA preseason is next Friday, Oct. 4, at 7:30 p.m. ET, when the New Orleans Pelicans meet the Miami Heat in Louisville. The NBA regular season begins on Oct. 28.

At least 20 of the NBA's 30 teams will have video streams of their media day activities live on their team sites. Some are still to be determined.

Here's the rundown:

Friday, Sept. 26 Media Days:
Brooklyn Nets -- No plans to stream.
Cleveland Cavaliers -- Stream from 12:15-3:30 p.m. ET.
Miami Heat -- No plans to stream.
Sacramento Kings -- No plans to stream.
San Antonio Spurs -- Stream from 12-2 p.m. ET.

Monday, Sept. 29 Media Days:
Atlanta Hawks -- Stream from 12-3 p.m. ET.
Boston Celtics -- Stream from 2-5 p.m. ET
Charlotte Hornets -- Stream from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Chicago Bulls -- Stream from 4-5:30 p.m. ET.
Dallas Mavericks -- No plans to stream.
Denver Nuggets -- No plans to stream.
Detroit Pistons -- No plans to stream.
Golden State Warriors -- Stream from 3-5 p.m. ET.
Houston Rockets -- Stream from 1-4 p.m. ET.
Indiana Pacers -- Stream from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. ET.
Los Angeles Clippers -- Stream from 2-5 p.m. ET.
Los Angeles Lakers -- No plans to stream.
Memphis Grizzlies -- Stream from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. ET.
Milwaukee Bucks -- Stream from 1:30-2:30 p.m. ET.
Minnesota Timberwolves -- Stream from 12:30-2 p.m. ET.
New Orleans Pelicans -- Stream from 2-4 p.m. ET.
New York Knicks -- No plans to stream.
Oklahoma City Thunder -- Stream starting at 11 a.m. ET.
Orlando Magic -- Stream starting at 11 a.m. ET.
Phoenix Suns -- Stream from 1-3 p.m. ET.
Philadelphia 76ers -- Stream starting at 11 a.m. ET.

Question. Based on a conversation Simmins/Rose/Jacoby had about Jennings. Why do people refuse to accept that he is NOT a starting PG in this League?

He's a close friend to one of my closest friends. He's got my homie flying in PJ's during the off season on some entourage shh. I wonder how long his future is in this league. Seem's like he hasn't developed much.

Eh bust of a 2nd overall pick, yes.

But he could still develop into a nice energy guy if he figures out how to fill that role.

Rciky Rubio has the worst shooting mechanics I have ever seen from an NBA guard. He just needs to some basic basic ****, I don't know that took the wolves so long.

Looks like he's trying to shoot a cinder block. :smh:
