As laughable as it is, the Heat may be better off in the short-term (next two to three years) if they give Bosh and Wade five year deals to reduce their yearly salary, thus giving them more money to play with in free agency this summer. This is contingent on LeBron signing for the max.

I can see Rondo becoming a top 5 PG, his skill set is about on par with everyone on the list and plays tenacious D, easily at 2 if he develops a J, avg 20 a game and wear and tear wouldn't be much of a issue especially in this P&R league

I don't think they planned it, LeBron opted out with the quickness and basically said 'follow my lead or else I'm gonna bounce'. I'm positive they all discussed it after LeBron opted out though so it's not like they all are doing this with no contact.
