This is correct. Parsons's cap hold as an RFA too high, and they would need to dump some players to gain enough room. Once Parsons signs, the approximately $15 mil starting salary is a cap hold for both Dallas and Houston, making it even more difficult for Houston to sign Bosh.

I agree. He's a plus defender and doesn't stall the offense because he keeps the ball moving. He is a below average shooter though.
