Is Klay even a top 5 SG anymore?

1. Harden

2. Butler

3. Beal

4. Oladipo

5.  ...
Beal should be number 1 if we're going by the 1st week and a half of the season.

Harden still shooting 29% from the field, 16% from 3 and averaging 4 turnovers a game.

Got to pump the breaks a little bit on the Steph love. Number two all time at his position? With one championship, no scoring titles (yet), no finals MVP. Let's chill.
He already better than Rose tho

Not going to deny that Steph is the better player, but it's a good thing that the NBA is a game of matchups and head to head, Rose can still take him :)

The only pg I really worry about in a direct matchup is really Russ

One thing about people always bring up Wizards MJ vs current Kobe. Kobe has played so much more basketball than Michael had at that point. The age never really matters in basketball it's the minutes. Kobe is probably at 40+ really out there playing in NBA years.

The biggest difference, torn achilles, fractured knee and shoulder issues all coming at the end of his career

Klay is so unreliable in big games, it's frustrating and predictable.

But yes, I'd still take Klay 5th on that list with all his flaws and all.  Maybe 4th as I have not watched Oladipo play much.  Klay is so overrated, it's crazy.  He's a slightly better version of Wes Mathews and Danny Green, a primary 3 and D guy.  Klay gets so many open shots.

There is only one star SG and that is Harden, imo.  Rest are role players, majority of the players are role players so the desparity between #2-#7 SG is not as huge.

Klay literally does 2 things that stand out; shooting and man on man defense.  And plays next to Curry and is a son of a NBA baller.  He's well below average in every facet of the game.  He's lucky that Curry is his backcourt team mate and he gets lumped with Curry as a Splash brother (corny nickname).

Glad W's have him but he's frustrating to watch as a W's fan.  Consistently inconsistent.  W's and Curry are chasing greatness and by Klay, the mental ****** playing worse in the playoffs, road games and big games; Curry, Green, Iggy, Shaun AND Barnes have to step up huge.  Klay is not a real #2 option.  He's the W's 4th best player.

Yeah that too but I'm not even counting the last couple seasons, if you go back to 2012-2013, the last real full season, Kobe still at that point had played almost 10,000 more minutes than MJ had his entire Bulls tenure (just including regular season) add another 1,000 in the playoffs. What Kobe did that season was remarkable in it's own right, playing at an MVP level before tearing his Achilles, when his body was still way beyond Wizards MJ status even before the injuries.

I agree, it's safe to say after watching him for a couple of years, Klay will never be reliable as a go-to player. Dude just doesn't have the composure and demeanor to be in that caliber. I can see anxiety and loss of confidence in him when things get rough. Thank god he has Curry as his "bigger brother".

The Lakers are winless at 0-4 despite have played the NBA's weakest schedule thus far: http://espn.go.com/nba/stats/rpi/_/sort/SOS …

I've been meaning to say this but whoever handles the clipper IG and twitter is lame as ****. I knew the girl that used to handle it and I know there is no way it's still her. She used to post normal score updates and promos but this new person is trying way too hard. They're calling Lance Make Em Dande Lance. Shoeking, figure out who it is and point them out next time. Im swinging on him on sight.

I'll join you.. **** is embarassing. If I wans't a fan, I'd hate the Clippers org too.

I honestly don't think I've seen Steph's shoes in person. Not once. I swear if I didn't see him rock those kicks on TV I wouldn't eem know about em :lol

Kids under 13 are rocking Stephs, believe it or not. I thing UA is making waves in the aau circuit too. He's not replacing Nikes by any means but on the eye test alone, I see more UA than adidas on the youth.
