Quincy Acy is the prototypical glue guy. Plays angry, hustles, does the dirty work in the interior. I've liked his energy since Baylor.

Somebody that can actually grab rebounds, it's amazing how much we missed that last year. Phil is a mastermind. Got us ball movement and tenacious rebounding, areas we were severely lacking.

all we need is a solid backup for dalembert, that can actually defend, and we're gold. we'll definitely get exploited against the west if we cant defend their bigs. jefferson didnt have a huge game, but there were stretches where he made 2-3 buckets in a row.

Against the West, might get exploited against some East teams once Dalembert goes to the bench, I know Nene and Gortat Z-Bo and Gasol, but they are legit solid post players that would expose our interior defense weaknesses

thats why we need to bring back kmart. hes too old though and prone to injury now 
we should send early to the dleague to free up a roster spot. i dont see this guy getting any burn unless its a blowout.
