Anyone ever been to a Vegas pool party? I was just in the general thread about this and it got me wondering what a party like this is like.

I've never been to Vegas or a pool party like this. Is it true that people go to these things just to get laid? Someone who went, please give me a play by play.

It's like what you see at those Spring Break in Cancun parties. Place is packed, music is loud, lots of drugs. They're there mainly for sex and drugs.

I was at a Vegas one a few years back and it was mainly what I expected. It gets best at night though. That day time pool side stuff is to have fun and get wasted. It can be unbearable though (hence why that thread was made).

This is why I respect Phil Jackson. The function of him taking jabs isn't to say anything directly to the person. He says it in such a diplomatic way, but you can't help but feel mercurial about it if you're the person he's talking about.

I'm not a big club go-er so, the idea of me spending thousands of dollars on a table and alcohol just for the possibility of getting laid isn't enticing enough for me. If I'm going to be spending money for something like that, I'd rather get an escort and get straight to the point. But I guess you're putting that kind of price on the experience and ****. I suppose getting laid would be an added benefit.

I want to experience something like this. I had NO idea pool parties served this sort of function though. I've gotten invited to several pool parties this past summer, but never went to any of them. I didn't really understand the point and figured I'd serve my time doing something more productive than hang out with a bunch of people in my board shorts.

I've never experienced Spring Break. I always worked or interned somewhere during my breaks. I guess I missed out.

It's about the experience Hank. You're out there with the homies and you're just enjoying life. It might be more alluring for peasant folk that don't have access to the finest of escorted wines but it's a fun time. I'm not into the club scene either, but Vegas is a cool atmosphere.
