eh, i think after his current contract, jr is gonna be getting 1 year deals like nate robinson. i personally like jr, but if he comes back to new york, hes definitely taking less money.

Shump only had a few stand out moments to me: #Knickstape, Hightop, the Putback dunk, and not being consistent. When his d was good, but it started falling off because I believe that he believe that he had arrived. But he seemed like a good locker room dude, so I guess that aspect of the team will be missed.
As far as Earl, it's not that his antics we're bad , just badly timed.
