If Kershaw is in the AL and Felix in the NL are we talking about Felix as the undisputed best in the game?
No way to know, but I'm bitter that Felix is not looked at as the best bar none.
Love the AL/NL argument.
Felix wont get that type of love until he pitches for a team that matters and by matters I mean a team that has a chance to make the playoffs.
The Mariners have been irrelevant throughout his career. No prime time type games, no pennant races, no playoffs.
So the Mariners need to take the next step.

Spoke to a source within the Red Sox: "Lackey is gone. He asked to be traded."
Lester about to get traded to the Orioles.

Via @MartinoNYDN Os-Red Sox talks this afternoon have fizzled. Os, who lost Hunter Harvey for the season today, won't meet asking price.
I don't buy that Lester is willing to resign with Boston if he gets traded.

agreed. just to add, i don't think the team intends to make a legitimate effort to resign him either. would have happened already and his price is only going to go up once he hits the market.

I think it was Heyman that I heard earlier today, saying that there's a lot of rumors that the Red Sox don't want to resign him.

that's pretty annoying. the guy absolutely deserves what he's asking for and is proven. the only reliable arm on the team and we're cool letting him go
if he ends up in pinstripes...
