Still wish they would make another bullpen signing in Sergio Romo. Just to have what they could have had, and might need since Adam Warren will have to move back to the Rotation since they won't make a signing of a SP.

Headley said he turned down bigger offers to stay with the Yankees. Supposedly the A's made a real push to sign Headley and the Astros were also in on him.

Dodgers signed RHP Brandon McCarthy to a four-year, $48 million contract.
The two sides reached an agreement last week and now the deal is official. McCarthy was fantastic down the stretch for the Yankees this season, posting a 2.89 ERA and 82/13 K/BB ratio over 90 1/3 innings. His injury history makes him a risk, but he'll have a good chance to repeat those numbers with a move over to the National League and a pitcher-friendly home ballpark.
