30 games for what??? There weren't any charges or anything. Why the hell won't he appeal?

Doesn't it help the Yankees retain him for next year if he's suspended?

It was 45 days and he'd have another year of arbitration, but now he's a FA after the year since it is not 45 days.

The legal burdens of proof and cooperation of witnesses and victims is not the same for an employer.

Why are you all over Yo like this man?  You wouldnt be saying all this if it was our Giants who signed him.  Instead we have Denard Span who is probably riding his tricycle to Scottsdale every morning and not creating a scene.  I'll take the guy who is taking 6 figure cars and a horse to practice.
