I lived in Seattle for those years. I remember going to the Kingdome when the Yankees were in town. My Uncle used to always tell me, this kid Alex is a freak, he's special. I remember at games he would tell Mariner fans that Alex was better than Griffey. Too bad they both couldn't stay. Griff wanted out, then Alex wanted to stay but Seattle wouldn't pay him so he left. Damn. Crazy as hell to have all that talent at once.
