Rob Dibble would've gone 90MPH right in the middle of the #1 on his jersey. That's how you get the call, and in that weather after getting hit by that Correa will think twice about doing it again.

Check the photo nickmaz posted above. If Betances would've hit him they would've had a chance to get an interference call since Correa was running out of the baseline. Instead I think he threw around him and made an error.

there can't be an interference with the throw to first if the pitcher sails the throw into right field.
