2016 Official NBA Off-Season Thread: Former Greatness

If you wanted to replace Middleton while he's out, at least get a guy that consistently stretch the floor and play SG. Beasley is just another 3/4 they don't need.

He didn't choose just any team, though.

He chose the best team in the league coming off a championship & the most wins in regular season history.

It's just like the Russell Westbrook is the goat passer argument because he has like 2 elite years or whatever. Longevity matters. Don't be duped by false narratives

Ima need evidence of this being said in a non joking manner

Russ not even the best passer in the league , def not even close to being an all time great passer ...ast % :lol

Educate yourself because your opinion is wrong. :lol

Only passer today you can say is better is Chris Paul and he's top 5 all time himself.

Y'all sound crazy, idk what Russ y'all have been watching these past 2 years.

He was using assist percentage or something.

He passes but he makes the obvious passes, basic passes. He isn't a high iq player.
Hes a playmaker cause he forces doubles teams / defenders to help. His Passes aren't technically difficult. He holds on to the ball and stops the ball.

A big reason why Durant left.... Ball don't move a lot, as Durant stated no hockey assist. He wanted to run in a free flowing offense..
Don't just look at numbers, numbers are deceiving. Look at the offense run. It's iso ball. No one wants to play with Westbrook..that says more the enough bout his passing and style of play. He isn't like a Lebron, Steve Nash, Kidd, Cp3 where people enjoy playing with them because of they passing. Okc was last in the l in passes per game.
