Gotta think the Wizards will be trying to make a move for Boogie. As it stands now, they wouldn't get by the Cavs and the C's have the assets right now to make their team even stronger after their eventual ECF loss. Wall/Beal are not enough...need a bonafide 3rd star on that roster to get over the hump.

how yall gonna get boogie without giving up wall or beal

how yall gonna get boogie without giving up wall or beal

I think they would for sure have to give up Beal. I'm not trading who people think is possibly the best big man in the league for damn Otto Porter, a late first rounder and some crap off their bench that did nothing for them.

Considering what was given up to get him in the first place, you might be overvaluing what it would actually take.

any franchise not named the sacramento kings or the new york knicks would of traded him for decent value

I doubt the pelicans GM will trade him for peanuts

ain't no one trading valuable assets for a half season of Dmc who isn't guaranteed to stay with you after the season ends.

ehh pelicans aint gonna trade him for the same **** they traded

they wouldnt have traded for him in the first place if they were just gonna give him away
Moses Malone Jr. alleges James Harden involved in attack
Moses Malone Jr. filed an amendment to a civil lawsuit Monday, seeking damages from James Harden for allegedly orchestrating a beating last summer in retaliation for a Facebook post that offended the Houston Rockets star, Malone's attorney, George Farah, said.

Malone, the son of NBA legend Moses Malone, was beaten and robbed of jewelry by four armed men on June 25 outside V Live Houston, an after-hours strip club. Four men were arrested in connection with the assault, including Darian Blount, a security guard at the now-closed club, and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Harden was not charged or accused of wrongdoing in the case.

A Facebook post published by Malone on June 24 criticized Harden for charging $249 for his basketball camp, which Malone said shut out inner-city children. Farah, who represents Malone, said the Facebook post was referenced during the beating and robbery.

"All the stories that we've heard from all the witnesses were pretty consistent that James Harden was pretty upset about the Facebook post that was posted the night before the attack," Farah told ESPN on Tuesday morning. "There were text messages between Moses and some of James Harden's friends. ... We have a good trail of evidence that leads to James Harden's involvement to this."

Farah said he is in the process of subpoenaing 10 witnesses who were at the club that night and can testify to Harden's involvement. Farah said Malone and Harden were both regular clients at the club.

Attorney Rusty Hardin, who represents Harden, did not immediately reply to an email requesting comment.

The original lawsuit, filed in September, seeks damages against V Live Houston for injury and loss of property. The lawsuit alleges that as Malone attempted to enter the club, he was stopped by Blount, who directed a group of armed men to beat and rob Malone. The suit states that Malone was repeatedly kicked and punched in the face, had his diamond earrings ripped out, and was robbed of other jewelry before the assailants entered the club with Blount.

In sports, everything is results based so i get it

The reality though is, is that in playoff series, unless one team is an overwhelming favorite, you win and lose series on the margins

If beal or Wall take game 2, we could be talking about a totally different outcome. But suh it go. One long rebound, one missed open 10 footer, one missed layup, those are the difference makers.

And I get that the wizards bench was bad and it should be a point of emphasis this summer, but if beal makes that shot to end game 2, the sentiment is a bit different with Ernie I think. On the margins

Are you still not maxing out Young Zeke?

hardens beard hardens beard @zube42

You guys not believers still?

From 3,000 miles away, in my office typing on my phone...hell nah.

If I were an actual GM and my job was on the line? There is no way I don't Max him. Especially if they make it competitive against Cleveland.

I can't imagine being a GM and not Maxing out IT tbh

Still ain't giving 200 million to IT.

Giving a 5 year contract to any 30 year old guard not named steph curry is crazy.

Gotta keep your flexibility, no sense in putting all your chips in IT.

I'm with you except I'd max out Chris Paul too. Even with his age, he hasn't shown any signs of decline.

yup...these dude act like the average nba player dont have major drop offs after 30. Especially someone who is 5foot9..... Easy pass on maxing him out. Let someone else get stuck with him.

He just turned 28 this year.

If anyone else averaged 29 on the 2nd best team in the conference, and then followed it up averaging 26 in the playoffs, they'd get cashed out.

What did we learn last night kiddos? If @wHipLAshTw03 picks anything, 99.9% of the time the polar opposite will occur.

Crazy. Washington must not have wanted it bad enough. They didn't have enough energy. The crowd lifted Boston's instensity and Olynyk willed them to the win. John Wall didn't have the killer instinct needed to overcome the haymaker Boston threw in the second half. I'm reminded of the 1953 NBA Eastern division semi's. Paul Seymour had a great series but you could see in his eyes that he wasn't ready to lead the Syracuse Nationals to a title yet. Meanwhile Boston had a 24 year old Bob Cousy who had the toughness and grit to lead his team to the next round. Bill Sharman and Bob Harris played their roles perfectly in game one, and then Cousy closed out Syracuse with a 50 burger in game 2. One of greatest performances I've ever seen in person.
