There are only 2, only 1 won the championship

The 2 teams that won 69 games, both won championships
That's like saying you're the worst amongst the best teams ever, it's not even an insult.

I don't know who "the worst amongst the best teams ever" is

Would need to qualify a few things before having that discussion

You may want to refer this to the person who said "worst", I simply provided information

People don't even remember the Pats almost perfect season anymore,

We clearly know completely different people

Praying Bron and company takes these fools out again would be glorious to see them lose.
So you can't wait for this stacked team to get taken down by a team with LeBron, Kyrie, Love, and Korver, with D-Will and JR Swish off the bench? :lol

I realize SA is not at full strength but GS is looking ready for bizness! SA young boys look like Pop would have something to work with though if he wanted to stay. LA and Pau are rinsed :(

Dubs have 4 of the 5 best players on either teams. 2 of which are probably 2 of the 4 best in the league.

So yeah. That's pretty stacked.

And D-Will can be mentioned as part of a stacked team now? Wow
WATTBA :lol

Harrison's garbage play was definitely discussed on here. No reason to revisit it in depth now since he's not even on the team anymore.

Lets move on from that. but I can go thru the last 25 pages and find at least 100 curry choking jabs and how they blew a 3-1 lead. lol. Ill leave it alone I guess.

The only good thing out of it is that Cuban's dumb *** actually gave him the money :lol

Dirk deserves better though |I

I mean Harrison Barnes isn't relevant now :lol. And ad much as I rock with Steph...he DID have a bad finals and is one of the more popular and hated players in the game. It comes with the territory man :lol.

But it def was discussed in here when it was relevant. No need to talk about Harrison Barnes going 2/22 in the last few games of last years finals.

It's 2017

BOTH teams are completely stacked, we can't have people literally claiming Lebron is the best ever, have two AS in their prime, & role players tailor fitted to LBJ's stength's and then say they don't have an even chance at winning.

Also the talent discrepancy that people are complaining about the W's having, is EXACTLY how every team in the East has been feeling for the past 7 years. Outside of LBJ clearly being the best in the conference he usually has the 2/5 of the best players on the court, on his team.

Word

Harrison Barnes being complete trash last year was possibly the top reason for them losing the Finals and it was definitely discussed all throughout that time period last year. It's just not discussed as much right now because he's not on the team anymore. I've never seen somebody brick that many wide open threes in my entire life. He's a bum to me for the rest of his career no matter what he does after that. Cannot believe they let that man on the Olympic team after that even as the last man on the bench.

HB's inconsistencies through out the entire season played a big role. Regardless of the record setting wins. He lacked confidence, was inconsistent with his jumpshot and was terrible in the playoffs. If he scored 6 points in the game 7, the Warriors could have won their 2nd championship. Dude went 0-8 with 2 rebounds. How?!

I, too, was surprised he made it to Team USA. But he got his contract in Dallas and seems to slowly getting his game back. But from what I've noticed, his inconsistencies are still lingering.

WATTBA :lol
Dirst off, one team being more stacked than another doesn't mean that the second team is not stacked. That was my point, that Cleveland is definitely stacked.

Second, you can go ahead and pretend that Deron Williams is steaming, hot trash, but coming off the bench, he's a nice contribution. I'm not going to ignore that or pretend that he's terrible because it fits my narrative or whatever. I don't have a narrative. I'm just watching basketball games. Deron Williams is a nice addition to any team coming off the bench.

Third, I didn't even mention Tristan Thompson. So if it makes you feel more comfortable, sub out D-Will in my reply and throw Tristan in there somewhere.

Stacked.

Another reasoned response

I'd go with bogut's injury and other bigs not cover that role.. that allowed the cavs to be able to play TT and love together (plus not having to be forced to play someone bigger), along with allowing lebron to attack the rim relentlessly

This thread is unbearable

Should have just stopped here

It's not a really big deal the Cavs lost last game. They will still win in 5 regardless. And even if this was a sweep the finals won't start until June smh

If you took both the Cavs and Dubs rosters and ranked the players in order, what order would you have them?

I'm curious to how most would rank players outside the Top 3, and even how they would rank the Top 3.
