I'm a Smart fan. I think he's one of those guys who could be a huge piece if he consistently shot well from beyond the arc but he's been wildly inconsistent.

Right IT Was supposed to a bridge to get the celtics to these next two lotto picks while helping them stay competitive. A guy who could be your 6th man and start if need be on occassion until your lotto picks come and then if need be you could move him along with little problem.
