yeah. i gotta say it, man. lobsters from maine, scallops from nova scotia, and maryland crab put it over the edge. fish from the NW is tho

i like alaska king crab, but the combo of all the above gives the east the edge IMO

Ahi from the Atlantic is regarded as a higher grade than ones from the Pacific also.

I'm more of a fan of the shellfish out here. Mussels and especially the crab. I like Salmon, but I'd honestly prefer a freshwater Walleye. Smoked Salmon is delicious though and probably the best way to eat it.
