I kinda cut down, a lot.

I got sick last year, like, damn near think I almost died sick, and because I was out of action for like 3 days (not joking, slept like 2-2.5 days straight) I got past the whole caffeine headache thing, and had no real appetite for a few days. So I just kinda stopped drinking it and now only occasionally have some. Kinda weird to be honest. But I'm probably better off drinking it by about 95% less than I used to.

damn man. as one gets older, its definitely a good idea to cut down on soda.

That's a problem with living in the Willamette Valley - we have amazing hops, so there are 49874398234743298432 IPAs. Anything higher than like 60-70 IBUs is a giant NOPE for me.

Bocks, Ambers, Reds, Sours are my go-tos. LOVE German/Belgian brews.

one of the bars I go to usually has a gose on tap which has names I can never pronounce. Sour Bikini and Prairie Somewhere are two that I like. We don't get the wide variety out here like on the mainland.

this one I drank in Korea was the best I had tho.
