Yep, he can take average QBs like Brian Hoyer, Matt Cassel, Tom Brady and Ryan Mallet and get them gigantic contracts with other teams.

BB is really good at what he does.

The steelers fan base is a bunch of blue color, conservative, MAGA folks who would rather have a below average white coach than a very good black one.

The phrase within the black community "twice as hard just to get half" always comes to my mind when people talk badly about Tomlin. 

The man has got us to the pinnacle, twice. We are consistent week in and week out, and compete at a high level almost every single year. 

To want him fired or replaced, is completely asinine.

It's just a function of it being impossible for sports fans to admit there are shades of gray.  i.e. everything is not black and white, great or terrible.
