If you take the tracking number and track it on the USPS, you would get your info.... And bouncewear isnt in Germany, they are in Belgium....
My pair came this morning from bouncewear, no issues with them at all

when you said that I busted out the 2013s to compare...mind you these were purchased 5 years ago and have been worn hundreds of times lol. 2018 is top, 2013 is bottom
