Only thing hurting our chances is a team losing their starting QB and being desperate. Like, if Romo is out for the year or Idk, Russell Wilson let's say.

Trying to track it down but I can't (it was on my Facebook feed) but there was a report that sources believe Fitz could sign right before OTAs begin next week.

Like walking away from 36 million over 3 just because he wants 48 over 3 and no one wants to give him that. You know, for a Harvard grad that's pretty idiotic when you have zero leverage. Take the 13-16 guaranteed they offer and run with it. It is his last paycheck and the demand for his services just isn't there. Just can't understand it really. Whatever, save the money and develop the QBs we have. Not like the Jets are making it to the SB with Fitz anyway.

I'm telling you, Fitz was out his mind. He turned down a Broncos squad as well that is built to win a SB. He wouldn't have had to do anything special in that offense but not blow games. He turned them down and they were willing to give him 9 mil a season. Idiot! We're moving on and I'm hoping to see Petty grow this year and start next year.

Man we have all the leverage right now.. I'd say let him wait it out and then we pay him hence there isn't a huge demand for fitz
