  no excuse for that still. Hell, as the QB, it should be your job to go down the line and double check with the squad to make sure their phones are adjusted for the time change.

Oh bruh, I wasn't even done. So when I saw her, I didn't even know she was related to him. She was just in a crowd of fans that was at the game. So we were talking about the squad and one of the guys asked me what I thought was wrong with the team? I said, "Well to start our O-line is ***. Our offense can't get going if they don't start pass blocking better!" She turned to me and said,"I know, I'm related to someone on that line." I looked at her and she has on a Winters jersey. I'm like oh, that makes sense because out of everyone on the team you could pick, why in the hell would you buy his jersey?! I told her flat out "With all do respect, he's TERRIBLE." She responded," I KNOW. He was horrible in the Bears game and bad in the lions game too. This game he did okay but he just had that personal foul, at least it's not a holding call!" She went on to tell me that something is REALLY wrong with his hand and that's maybe why he plays so soft, like something majorly wrong. I KNEW I could keep it real with her so I started asking about the locker room and other stuff. She said they don't like Marty either and they think his offense is dumb. None of the linemen think he knows how to call the game and they're FED UP WITH IVORY BEING TAKEN OFF THE FIELD. She agreed when I said Winters was a trash pass blocker but he's a pretty decent run blocker. She said they're asking too much from him and it's not in his skill set. HE'S A RUN BLOCKER, RUN THE F*CKING BALL! She also said, above all THEY LOVE REX! He's the only reason why they even give ANY effort. She thinks that he'll get fired this season but none of this **** is his fault. He'll just be the fall guy.

Just reading that, something is gonna blow up man, and unfortunately Rex is going to take the hit. Bad hiring with the GM, bad play call from the OC, players not respecting their QB. A complete overhaul has to happen. 

I had to keep it trill with her. I wanted to ask her about Idzik but I didn't get a chance to. I got a feeling though that Rex won't get fired. I know I heard from multiple sources that Rex is Woody's BOY. I know that if Rex goes, Woody more than likely will clean house. I don't how this falls on Rex. The drafts, horrible FA moves and lack of talent are ALL IDZIK! The offense is Marty. Hell, Rex is getting more our of that suspect secondary then anyone in the league could. Plus, Rex is the only thing that attracts FA here, without him we'd mos def over pay for EVERYONE.

Shoutout to you for that story man. Marty and Geno have to go. I feel bad for Mangold because I feel like he's being wasted, sort of like Kevin Mawae's years here. I hope it doesn't fall on Rex. If he goes, the D will fall through the floor and that's all we got right now. We need a new offense and a coach, not Rex, that can develop a young QB and bring him along nicely and we'll be fine. It just seems impossible right now.

Who do they play besides Michigan state? When was the last Oregon QB to do good in the NFL? His playing style won't last long in the NFL. Drafting rookie QB is such a crapshoot, and the jets have the track record for getting it wrong, and poor development.

we were 3-2 last year at this point, sure our schedule was easier but I thought we had a much better team this year -_-

The way this team is looking/playing I can't say anything on the schedule looks easy. If you're a fan of this team, you know nothing is easy when it comes to the jets. Hopefully the jets can play spoiler, that's all we can hope for.

Regarding the drafting a qb, unless the quarterback happens to be a rare type of qb that only comes along once every few years (Peyton, Luck) the qb is going to be Sanchez 2.0 if they don't learn how to develop a qb, build around him, and put him in the position to succeed long term.

For high pick quarterbacks, you got guys like Jamarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf, who just didn't have the work ethic or desire to succeed and would flop in even the most ideal situations.

Alot of other quarterbacks who've failed, the fault can fall party on their team not building around them properly, not putting them in a position to succeed long term. Look at a guy like David Carr, he was never the answer, but he got beat up, damaged and abused from day 1 and was beyond shell shocked. He's a guy you can argue could've had a much better career if he was drafted into a better situation where they developed him properly.

Back to the main point, it don't matter which of the qb's available the jets draft, if they don't learn from last mistakes, history is likely to repeat itself.

We need an OG for the line but I also want to see how Dakota Dozier pans out. He was a steal in last years draft.

If Cooper is there for us then we gotta take him
