2019-20 NFL thread: Thread's dead. Move into spacedoodoo's

Collins was a DPOTY candidate a few seasons ago. He’s only 25 years old. At the end of that contract he’ll be 31. Washington isn’t expected to contend at least for a season or two. When we’re ready Collins will still be good and under contract.

side note: Washington’s current QB has been to the playoffs more recently then the one we gave to Minnesota.

Washington stays paying MVP candidates a year or two late. First Smith, now Collins. You spent 80M on a glorified linebacker.
 
About time imo,Corners have been getting most of the secondary shine for too long. Safeties are just as important in the modern game

That’s what confused me about their market. There’s more good CB’s in the league than there is Safeties, and elite safety’s are very hard to come by.
